Customizing your farm to your ideal client or clients is more a more effective way to Farm. In the past you farmed a street, subdivision, or master planned community. Farming works or we would not be talking about it, but what if you could do it more efficiently? 

Instead of farming a subdivision, why don’t you farm everyone in your city that is over 35 with young kids? Can anyone say move-up buyer? Maybe you speak Spanish, how about farm everyone in your county that speaks Spanish. What about people that might downsize? You can slice and dice it any way you like.
